You must meet your host at the Champ de Mars Cafe and exchange your voucher for a ticket to begin the experience.

Visitors cannot collect their tickets from the Eiffel Tower directly.

Try to arrive 15 minutes before your booked time slot to avoid missing out on the experience, as visitors who arrive late will lose their tickets.

The time slot you book while purchasing is for the Eiffel Tower. You will receive a time slot for the Louvre once the ticket is booked.
Your host will only direct you to the second level and show you the elevator leading to the Summit. It is not a guided experience.
Visitors must wait in line for elevators and to get through security checks. You must also wait in the elevator line from the Second floor to the Summit.
In case the Summit is closed for maintenance or due to bad weather, there is no guarantee of a refund of your money.
Visitors in wheelchairs or those with mobility issues can only access the first and second levels of the Eiffel Tower. They cannot visit the Summit.
The Louvre Museum ticket must be activated on the same day. The Seine River Cruise ticket can be used on any other day.
